About The Position

Einstein Bros. Bagels is hiring Team Members to create a welcoming, positive guest experience in its bakery. Team Members help ensure the quality of the food and beverages served and maintain a safe, clean store environment. The company emphasizes work-life balance, with stores closing at 2 p.m. and this role not requiring work past 3 p.m. Team Members may have opportunities to grow into other roles, and many General Managers began as Shift Leaders or Team Members.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Must be able to work varied hours and days as business needs dictate, including early hours (as early as 3 a.m., depending on the restaurant) and weekends.
• Must be able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

• Restaurant, retail, or guest service experience is a plus but is not required.
