Team Member Part Time
About The Position
This is a part-time position for graveyard shifts. The role requires providing courteous, quick, and efficient service with a positive and enthusiastic attitude. Responsibilities include accurately processing transactions, handling payments, making purchase suggestions, and working with the food program. The Team Member will also maintain a clean and well-stocked food and beverage area, stock and rotate merchandise, and advocate store and gas promotions using suggestive selling. Additionally, the role involves maintaining and cleaning inside and outside areas, equipment, and gas pumps, and following company Loss Prevention procedures to reduce inventory, time, and assets.
Requirements
- Required to stand, stoop and walk for up to 8 hours.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Drug test and background check required; marijuana excluded.
Responsibilities
- Provide each guest courteous, quick, and efficient service with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Accurately process transactions, handle money and other forms of payment.
- Make purchase suggestions and work with our food program.
- Maintain a clean, well-stocked food and beverage area.
- Stock, price and rotate merchandise.
- Advocate store and gas promotions and use suggestive selling when helping customers.
- Maintain and clean inside and outside areas, equipment and gas pumps.
- Follow company Loss Prevention procedures and assist with reduction of inventory, time and assets.
