About The Position

Einstein Bros. Bagels is looking for Team Members to join their bakery team. Team Members are described as the secret ingredient to the bakery's success, setting the brand apart with their personalities. The role involves ensuring every guest feels welcomed, promoting the company by creating a positive guest experience, and maintaining the quality of food and beverages. Team Members also play a role in keeping the store environment safe and clean. The company emphasizes opportunities for career growth, with many General Managers having started as Team Members.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years or older
• Must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates including early hours (as early as 3am depending on the restaurant) and weekends
• Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

• Restaurant, retail, or guest service experience a plus, but not required!
