About The Position

7 Leaves Café is seeking a Team Member to represent the brand and cultivate an incredible customer experience. The role involves creating consistent, high-quality products and fostering a warm, inviting atmosphere. Team Members are expected to provide extraordinary service, prepare quality beverages, and maintain a clean and welcoming store environment. This position starts with 10-15 hours per week, with potential for additional hours based on performance.

Requirements

• Must be able to regularly lift at least 45 lbs.
• Availability on one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) is required
• Capability of working collaboratively to meet store needs
• Well-organized, self-motivated, and positive team attitude
• Proficiency in basic math skills
• Flexibility to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift
• Capacity to learn quickly, carry out oral and written instructions, and request clarification when needed
• Must be able to maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
• Capability to adhere to instructions provided by supervisor and management
• Ability to interact productively with coworkers to meet store goals

Responsibilities

• Serving customers and community empathetically to understand their needs through clear communication
• Ensuring accurate processing of cash and card transactions
• Consistently preparing high-quality products precisely to company's recipes and each customer's needs
• Adapting and following instructions using adequate comprehension skills
• Adhering to safety policies and procedures, including security, handling equipment, etc. (first in, first out)
• Reporting to work at the prescribed time for each scheduled shift and to fulfill the job requirements for the duration of the shift
• Communicating effectively and proactively with management and team members
• Performing all work-related tasks as assigned by your supervisor
• Developing a familiarity with all drink recipes and ratios, including the measurements utilized in the design of our cups
