About The Position

Einstein Bros. Bagels is hiring Team Members to help create a welcoming, positive guest experience in its bakery. Team Members promote the brand, provide excellent guest service, ensure the quality of food and beverages, and maintain a safe and clean store environment. The role offers opportunities to grow within the company. The bakery closes at 2 p.m., and Team Members will not work past 3 p.m.

The position requires availability for varied hours and days as business needs dictate, including early starts (as early as 3 a.m., depending on the restaurant) and weekends. Applicants must be at least 16 years old. Restaurant, retail, or guest service experience is a plus but is not required. Physical demands include sitting, standing, bending, lifting, and moving intermittently during working hours; these requirements may be accomplished with or without reasonable accommodations.
