The Sales Floor Associate role involves building relationships with customers, organizing the sales floor, and serving as an ambassador for Goodwill by providing outstanding customer service. The Cashier role involves building relationships with customers, accurately ringing up sales, and informing customers how their purchases help others. Responsibilities

• Organizing the sales floor and making it easy for customers to find what they're looking for.
• Serving as an ambassador for Goodwill by providing outstanding customer service.
• Answering customer questions about Goodwill or donations.
• Building relationships with customers.
• Accurately ringing up sales transactions.
• Informing customers how their purchases are helping someone get a job.
