Team Member - Burger King Farmington
About The Position
A Burger King Team Member provides exceptional guest service while working closely with Restaurant Managers and other Team Members to maintain operational standards and procedures. The position operates under the direction of the General Manager, Assistant Managers, and Shift Managers, and involves direct interaction with guests and members of the field operations team. Team Members greet guests, take orders and process payments, prepare and package food and drinks, and help maintain restaurant cleanliness and health and safety standards. They may work across multiple restaurant stations and assist with unloading and stocking inventory.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to interact positively and professionally with guests and coworkers.
- Willingness to learn all areas of restaurant operations and work multiple stations.
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests, receive orders, and process payments.
- Prepare and package food and drink products.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the restaurant, including the dining room, restroom, and exterior.
- Maintain health and safety standards in work areas.
- Unload and stock inventory items as needed.
- Maintain prompt and regular attendance on assigned shifts.
