About The Position

Noah's New York Bagels is looking for Team Members to join their bakery. Team Members are described as the secret ingredient in the bakery, setting the company apart with their personalities. They are responsible for ensuring every guest feels welcomed, promoting the company by creating a positive guest experience, and taking pride in providing excellent guest service by ensuring the quality of food and beverages and maintaining a safe and clean store environment. The company emphasizes work-life balance, with stores closing at 2 PM, meaning no evenings or nights. There are opportunities for career growth, with many General Managers starting as Shift Leaders and Team Members.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years or older.
• Must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates including early hours (as early as 3am depending on the restaurant) and weekends.
• Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

• Restaurant, retail, or guest service experience a plus, but not required.
