About The Position

Bruegger's Bagels is looking for Team Members to join their bakery. Team Members are described as the secret ingredient to the bakery, with personalities that set them apart. They are responsible for ensuring every guest feels welcomed, promoting the company by creating a positive guest experience, and providing excellent guest service by ensuring the quality of food and beverages served, and by keeping a safe and clean store environment. The company emphasizes work-life balance, with stores closing at 2 PM, ensuring no evenings or nights for employees. There are opportunities for career growth, with many General Managers having started as Shift Leaders and Team Members.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years or older.
• Must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates including early hours (as early as 3am depending on the restaurant) and weekends.
• Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

• Restaurant, retail, or guest service experience a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Make sure every guest feels welcomed from the minute they walk in.
• Act as a brand ambassador, excited to promote the company by creating a positive guest experience.
• Provide excellent guest service by ensuring the quality of the food and beverages served.
• Maintain a safe and clean store environment.
