About The Position

At Einstein Bros. Bagels, we believe in the bagel and have been baking them fresh daily since 1995. Our bakeries aim to spread joy and happiness, and we are committed to work-life balance for our team, with stores closing at 2pm. We are looking for Team Members who are ready to work, have fun, and bring a smile to guests each day. Team Members are the secret ingredient, setting the company apart with their personalities and, of course, the bagels. They ensure every guest feels welcomed, act as brand ambassadors, create positive guest experiences, provide excellent guest service by ensuring food and beverage quality, and maintain a safe and clean store environment. This role offers opportunities for career growth, with many General Managers having started as Shift Leaders and Team Members.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years or older
• Must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates including early hours (as early as 3am depending on the restaurant) and weekends
• Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
