Requirements

Nice To Haves

  • Food service experience is a plus for deli locations but is not required—we’ll provide training.

Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and assisting with purchases.
  • Operate the cash register and accurately process cash, credit card, and other payment transactions.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store, including sales floor, restrooms, coolers, and common areas.
  • Receive, stock, rotate, and merchandise inventory to ensure shelves remain full, organized, and products stay fresh.
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate replenishment needs to the Team Leader.
  • Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and legal requirements, including age verification for alcohol and tobacco sales.
  • Help maintain a secure shopping environment by reporting safety or security concerns.
  • Support the team by performing additional duties as assigned.
  • Prepare and cook food according to company recipes and food safety standards.
  • Operate kitchen equipment including grills, fryers, ovens, and microwaves.
  • Ensure food is prepared, presented, and served with quality and consistency.
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen and food preparation area.
  • Take customer food orders and provide friendly, professional service.
  • Monitor food inventory, rotate products, and assist with stocking and inventory counts.
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
