About The Position

Einstein Bros. Bagels is seeking Team Members to help create a welcoming, positive guest experience in its bakery. Team Members promote the brand, provide excellent guest service, ensure the quality of food and beverages, and maintain a safe and clean store environment. The role offers opportunities to grow within the company. Stores close at 2 p.m., and the posting says Team Members will not work past 3 p.m. Scheduling may include early starts, as early as 3 a.m. depending on the restaurant, and weekends.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Must be able to work varied hours and days as business dictates, including early hours (as early as 3 a.m. depending on the restaurant) and weekends.
• Must be able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

• Restaurant, retail, or guest service experience is a plus, but not required.
