About The Position

The Team Member (Associate) role is a hands-on, fast-moving position working across the lot, wash tunnel, and vacuum station. Team Members guide guests through the wash experience, help keep the site operating smoothly, support sales and membership growth, and contribute to a positive customer experience. The work is physical and involves staying active and working outdoors in various weather conditions. No experience is required; a structured 60-day certification program provides training.

Responsibilities

Provide friendly, professional customer service.
Support sales and membership growth by following consistent processes and offering knowledgeable guidance.
Assist with member sign-ups, account changes, and account management.
Follow company policies regarding pricing and discounts.
Follow safety procedures and keep the wash area clean and organized.
Assist with vehicle preparation, including identifying preexisting vehicle conditions.
Operate wash equipment safely and efficiently.
Communicate operational issues effectively to team members and management.
Engage professionally with customers, encourage Google reviews, and support a positive member experience.
Manage member accounts, including cancellations and plan changes.
Stock and organize detail centers while maintaining accessibility and inventory accuracy.
Empty trash cans and maintain clean work areas.
Check vacuum stations for clogs and empty vacuum canisters.
Perform general site upkeep, including trash pickup, weed removal, and other maintenance tasks.
Maintain professional conduct and comply with uniform standards.
Perform opening and closing duties.
Clean and maintain the tunnel to support safety and operational efficiency.
Prepare towels and other materials needed for daily operations.
