About The Position

Rock The Guac, established in 2014, strives to offer outstanding service and the freshest and highest quality ingredients to our customers. Majority of team members average, (as of May 19, 2021) an additional $10/hour with in-store CASH-TIPS. We welcome all levels of experiences, as we can learn from one another! We provide a comprehensive training program that will kickstart your time with us. At Rock The Guac, we value the importance of cross-training; each team member will be able to proficiently handle every station due to our comprehensive training program. All we ask of you is to bring enthusiasm, passion, and a desire to represent the brand culture!

Requirements

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• Restaurant Experience at least 1 year.
• Consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Available to work a variety of hours, weekends and nights included.
• Interact and fulfill the changing needs of our customers.
• Adhere by our dress code and handbook agreements.
• Work at least 30 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Interact and greet customers with a smile.
• Communicating with other Crew Members and Managers.
• Assisting customers in their decisions on the line.
• Restaurant Cleanliness.
• Stand for a maximum of 8 hours.
• Transport packages weighing up to 25 LBS.
• Process cash and card transactions, ability to compute basic math.
• Prep the different vegetables and proteins we offer.
