About The Position

The Team Member (Associate) role is a hands-on, fast-moving position working on the lot, in the wash tunnel, and at the vacuum station. Team Members guide guests through the wash experience, help keep the site operating efficiently, and contribute to a positive customer experience. The work is physical and active, and employees are expected to work outdoors in all kinds of weather. No experience is required; a structured 60-day certification program is provided.

Responsibilities

Provide friendly, professional customer service.
Support sales and membership growth by following consistent processes and offering knowledgeable guidance.
Assist with member sign-ups, account changes, and account management.
Follow company policies related to pricing and discounts.
Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized wash area.
Help prepare vehicles, including identifying preexisting conditions.
Operate wash equipment safely and efficiently.
Communicate operational issues effectively to team members and management.
Engage with customers professionally and encourage Google reviews.
Manage member accounts, including cancellations and plan changes, and support the overall member experience.
Stock and organize detail centers while maintaining accessibility and inventory accuracy.
Empty trash cans and maintain clean work areas.
Check vacuum stations for clogs and empty canisters.
Perform general site upkeep, including trash pickup, weed removal, and other maintenance tasks, to maintain a clean and safe environment.
Maintain professional conduct and comply with uniform standards.
Perform opening and closing duties.
Clean and maintain the tunnel for safety and operational efficiency.
Prepare towels and other materials needed for daily operations.
