About The Position

Circle K is hiring a part-time Team Member (Customer Service Representative) for Store 2741373 in El Paso, Texas. The role offers flexible scheduling across days, evenings, overnights, and weekends. Team Members work in a fast-paced store environment, providing friendly customer service and helping maintain store standards. Duties include greeting customers, operating the register, cashiering, suggesting purchases, and sometimes assisting with the food program. The role involves working in different areas of the store, both inside and outside, and requires regular, predictable onsite attendance.

Requirements

Ability to provide excellent customer care and communicate in a friendly manner.
Ability to work at a quick pace while maintaining a positive attitude.

Ability to think quickly, offer suggestions, and help solve problems.
Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift.
Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
Ability to push or pull with the arms using up to 20 pounds of force.
Ability to bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift.
Ability to grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with the hands; handwork requires eye-hand coordination and may involve climbing a ladder.
