About The Position

At Bruegger’s, we’ve been kettle cooking our bagels and serving tradition you can taste for over 35 Years! We are committed to serving genuine, New York-style bagels and real, made-in-Vermont cream cheese, and to work-life balance for our team, with stores closing at 2pm. We are looking for Team Members who are ready to work, have fun, and bring a smile to guests each day. Our Team Members are the secret ingredient in our bakery, setting us apart with their personalities and providing excellent guest service. They are brand ambassadors who create positive guest experiences, ensure food and beverage quality, and maintain a safe and clean store environment. This role offers opportunities for career growth, as many General Managers started as Team Members.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years or older
• Must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates including early hours (as early as 3am depending on the restaurant) and weekends
• Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
