About The Position

Einstein Bros. Bagels is looking for enthusiastic Team Members to join their bakery team. Team Members are the 'secret ingredient' that sets the bakery apart, responsible for creating a positive guest experience and promoting the brand. The role involves ensuring guest satisfaction through excellent service, maintaining food and beverage quality, and keeping the store clean and safe. The company emphasizes a commitment to work-life balance, with stores closing by 2 PM, allowing employees to avoid evening and night shifts.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years or older.
• Must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates including early hours (as early as 3am depending on the restaurant) and weekends.
• Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

• Restaurant, retail, or guest service experience a plus, but not required.
