Requirements

Age 16+ (Worker’s Permit required if under 18)
0–1 year experience in food service or retail (we’ll train you!)
Ability to stand, bend, scoop, and move around during shifts
Comfort working in cold environments (walk‑in fridge/freezer)
Basic math and computer skills
Ability to taste‑test products for quality
Cash handling and customer service skills preferred
English comprehension for instructions and communication
Must be 16 years or older
Worker’s Permit required if under 18 (per Minnesota law)
0–1 year of experience in food service or retail (no worries—we train!)
Ability to stand, bend, scoop, reach, and move throughout your shift
Comfortable working in cooler environments (walk-in cooler/freezer)
Basic math and computer skills
Ability to taste products to ensure quality and consistency
Customer service mindset with cash-handling skills preferred
Ability to understand and communicate instructions in English

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or currently attending school
Tech‑savvy with POS systems, smartphones, and tablets
Familiarity with food industry or nutrition terms (not required, but cool!)
A high school diploma or are currently enrolled in school
Experience using POS systems, tablets, or smartphones
Familiarity with food, smoothies, or nutrition (helpful—but not required!)
