Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and provide a friendly, welcoming atmosphere.
Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring special requests are noted.
Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including clearing tables and ensuring a neat appearance.
Prepare and serve coffee and espresso-based beverages, ensuring quality and consistency.
Prepare a variety of deli sandwiches according to cafe recipes and customer preferences.
Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met during food preparation and storage.
Maintain freshness and quality of ingredients by monitoring stock levels and rotating products.
Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and resolve them to the best of your ability.
Provide exceptional service by anticipating customer needs and ensuring a positive dining experience.
Clean and sanitize workstations, equipment, and utensils regularly.
Monitor and restock inventory, including coffee, milk, syrups, sandwich ingredients, and disposables.
Assist with opening and closing duties.
Work collaboratively with other cafe staff members to ensure smooth operations.
Stay informed about the cafe's menu items, including coffee offerings, sandwiches, and specials.
Educate customers about menu choices, ingredients, and flavor profiles.
