About The Position

JRI Hospitality is hiring Team Members for its Freddy’s locations. Team Members help deliver freshly prepared, made-to-order menu items and provide guests with friendly, exceptional hospitality in a fun, team-oriented environment. The role includes welcoming guests, taking orders, preparing frozen custard treats and other menu offerings, and ensuring food is cooked to perfection and served with a smile in a safe, clean environment.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old; 18 or older in California.
• Demonstrate exceptional hospitality and guest service.
• Demonstrate dependability, attention to detail, initiative, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide exceptional hospitality and guest service.
• Take guest orders.
• Prepare frozen custard treats and other menu offerings.
• Ensure menu items are cooked to perfection and delivered with a smile.
