About The Position
The Team Member (TM) role focuses on ensuring a positive guest experience and maintaining operational standards. Key accountabilities include upholding strict food safety standards, delivering exceptional guest service through energetic greetings and accurate order fulfillment, maintaining a clean and organized work zone, acting as a brand ambassador for Pacific Bells and Taco Bell, and demonstrating readiness to work by being punctual, in uniform, and mentally prepared. The role involves preparing food and drinks, operating the cash register, maintaining restaurant cleanliness, assisting with food prep and dishwashing, restocking inventory, ensuring food safety compliance, promoting menu items, and assisting with opening and closing duties.
Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old or older (must provide proof of age and work permit if under 18 years old).
- Legal right to work in the United States.
- Ability to work flexible hours.
- Basic math and reading skills.
- Ability to learn quickly with a can-do attitude.
- Comes to work with good hygiene.
- Has reliable transportation and able to arrive to work on time.
- A positive, friendly, and courteous attitude.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and package food and drink products according to restaurant standards.
- Operate cash registers, process payments, and provide change to guests.
- Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurant including back of house (the line), lobby, and restrooms.
- Assist with food prep and dishwashing as needed.
- Restock inventory and supplies.
- Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and policies.
- Promote new menu items and provide recommendations when asked.
- Assist with opening and closing tasks.
