Requirements

A true passion for pets and interest in pet care and nutrition
Enthusiasm for building relationships with neighbors and their pets
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced setting
Physical ability to move and lift 50 pounds
Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

Provide friendly, knowledgeable service to neighbors, assist with product selection, answer questions about pet care, and support sales initiatives.
Greet neighbors (customers), collect neighbor data, follow standard operating procedures for cash handling, returns, and coupon policies, etc.
Stock shelves, rotate products, maintain displays, and assist with receiving and tracking inventory to ensure accuracy and product availability; assist with carry outs, and planogram integrity.
Ensure proper feeding, cleaning, handling, and monitoring of live animals in the store to maintain health, safety, and compliance with company and regulatory standards.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment for neighbors, team members, and animals, including adherence to sanitation and safety protocols.
