About The Position

You’ll greet guests, make smoothies to recipe, keep stations ready, follow food safety standards, and help the store run clean, fast, and guest-first.

Requirements

• At least 16 years old.
• Weekend and holiday availability required.
• Reliable attendance: showing up as scheduled, communicating early when issues arise, and following attendance expectations.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Commitment to weekends and holidays.
• Urgency, coachability, strong guest-service instincts, a team-first mindset, and the ability to see what needs doing without waiting to be told.

Nice To Haves

• Prior guest service or food service experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests within 5–10 seconds.
• Make every smoothie to recipe, fast and right (target is smoothie on the blender in 60 seconds).
• Keep every station shift-ready, clean, and respect guests and each other.
• Follow prep charts accurately so the store is ready to move fast.
• Help the store run clean, fast, and guest-first.
