About The Position

Implementation of procedures, standards, and tactics to optimize restaurant sales, control costs, and provide a quality guest experience by adhering to quality, cleanliness, and service standards. Team members are responsible for following brand standards, company rules and policies, and job responsibilities as assigned by their supervisor. They strive to deliver a quality guest experience, prepare products that meet brand standards and recipes, maintain their stations in a clean and orderly manner, and assist other team members as needed. Crew members may be trained in multiple positions including front of house, back of house, guest service, or prep and production.

Requirements

  • Must meet age requirements
  • Knowledge of menu items and their ingredients and packaging
  • Familiarity with the step-by-step procedure for making various food and beverage products

  • Some positions require a high school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

  • Preparation of certain food items
  • Greeting guests and taking their orders accurately in a friendly manner
  • Maintaining quality standards of prepared food and beverage items
  • Providing friendly and efficient customer service
  • Accurate cash control (for cash handling positions)
  • Delivering food and drink orders to guests and confirming accuracy
  • Maintaining cleanliness in the dining room, service areas, stations, food production, or storage areas
