About The Position

Einstein Bros. Bagels is hiring Team Members to help create a positive guest experience in its bakery. Team Members welcome guests, promote the brand, provide excellent service, ensure the quality of food and beverages, and maintain a safe and clean store environment. The role offers opportunities to grow within the company. Stores close at 2 p.m., and Team Members will not be scheduled past 3 p.m.

The position requires working varied hours and days as business needs dictate, including early starts (as early as 3 a.m., depending on the restaurant) and weekends. Restaurant, retail, or guest service experience is a plus but is not required. Applicants must be at least 16 years old. Physical requirements include sitting, standing, bending, lifting, and moving intermittently during working hours, with or without reasonable accommodation.
