About The Position

SONIC Drive-In is looking for energetic and friendly Crew Members to join our fast-paced team! As a Crew Member, you’ll help create an outstanding guest experience by delivering great service, preparing quality food and drinks, and keeping the restaurant clean and running smoothly. If you enjoy working in a fun, team-oriented environment, we want to meet you!

Requirements

  • No experience required — we’re happy to train motivated team members
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs as needed

Nice To Haves

  • Previous food service, restaurant, or customer service experience is a plus
  • Basic math and cash handling skills preferred
  • Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays preferred

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests with a friendly and positive attitude
  • Take customer orders accurately and provide fast, efficient service
  • Prepare food and beverages according to SONIC quality and presentation standards
  • Deliver orders quickly and ensure guest satisfaction
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant, kitchen, and guest areas
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely and follow all food safety procedures
  • Handle guest concerns professionally and escalate issues when needed
  • Work as part of a team to keep operations running smoothly during busy shifts
  • Operate the POS system and handle cash and card transactions accurately
  • Assist with stocking supplies, cleaning tasks, and opening or closing duties as assigned
