The Team Member position is a part-time role with evening availability. This role is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service, maintaining store cleanliness and equipment, managing merchandise and sales, controlling financial and security aspects of the store, and performing administrative duties. The position requires the ability to operate various store equipment, work as scheduled, communicate effectively, and perform basic arithmetic. Physical requirements include the ability to work in varying temperatures, lift and carry items, grasp and manipulate objects, push/pull, reach overhead, bend, twist, stand/walk for an entire shift, and potentially climb a ladder. The work environment is primarily indoors but includes outdoor tasks, exposure to cold temperatures, and occasional noise, with periodic supervision.
