We provide opportunities to learn and grow through cross-training and advancement. This role is for a Production Associate who supports the Goodwill Mission by pricing donations for sale. Associates are challenged to achieve pricing goals and strategically price donations according to guidelines to maximize mission funding. The production area offers variety, with new items to discover daily.
Requirements
- Must be able to stand, bend and reach for the duration of your shift.
- Donation Attendants must be able to lift, push and pull a minimum of 50 pounds.
Nice To Haves
- One year of retail or production is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Pricing the donations that are then sold on the sales floor.
- Challenged to achieve their pricing goals.
- Strategically price donations according to our pricing guidelines and to maximize the amount of money that goes to our mission.
