About The Position

Bruegger's Bagels is looking for Team Members to join their bakery team. Team Members are the secret ingredient, bringing personality and a positive attitude to create a welcoming guest experience. They are responsible for ensuring the quality of food and beverages, maintaining a safe and clean store environment, and promoting the brand. This role offers opportunities for career growth, with many General Managers starting as Team Members.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years or older.
• Must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates including early hours (as early as 3am depending on the restaurant) and weekends.
• Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

• Restaurant, retail, or guest service experience a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Make sure every guest feels welcomed from the minute they walk in.
• Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the company by creating a positive guest experience.
• Provide excellent guest service by ensuring the quality of the food and beverages served.
• Maintain a safe and clean store environment.
