About The Position

This position is a hybrid work location that will report several days a week to our Little Rock location. The responsibilities described below may not reflect all duties asked of this position, but rather indicate categories of work. Duties will include, but will not be limited to the following: Drives successful execution of personnel and talent management processes including employment policies and procedures and compliance with federal and state employment laws and regulations. Oversees the day-to-day employee benefit programs and successfully coordinates with 3rd party entities involved with welfare benefit plan development, enrollment, continuation, and termination. Responsible for day-to-day function personnel file management, employee benefit management, onboarding, recruiting support, ACA, licensure, etc. Supports the development of a high performing, pro-active personnel function and competence that delivers effective support and partners successfully with ICM’s Operations and finance leaders. Comprehensively cross-trained with ICM’s Accounting function for all payroll, 403(b) retirement plan, and employee related functions. Collaborates with CFO, Accounting, and Director of Administration to improve the programs, policies, practices, and processes associated with meeting the strategic and operational employee matters of the organization. Enthusiastically embraces, supports, and models ICM’s values and mission. Assists in documenting new and revised policies, procedures, programs, and metrics that support the achievement of the organization’s business goals. Perform other job-related responsibilities as assigned.

  • Technical knowledge of employee benefits, HR law, DOL, and other regulatory standards
  • Experience with computerized personnel file software
  • Proficient with Microsoft office, specifically Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to work with sensitive information and to maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to foster and maintain a spirit of unity, teamwork, and cooperation among all personnel.
  • Strong leadership, supervisory, and training skills
  • Understands and endorses ICM’s mission and vision
  • Follows all ICM policies and procedures and asks for clarification and explanation when needed
  • Understands and complies with all HIPAA regulations
  • Maintains a clean and orderly work environment
  • Maintains prompt and regular attendance.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Excellent written, verbal, and social communication skills
