About The Position
This position is accountable for the following KPIs Values: Excellence, Hard work, Stewardship, Difference, and Community. The basic job duties for this position include being knowledgeable on property safety and layouts, what not to wash, and tunnel equipment. You will greet guests as they approach the car wash tunnel, safely guide and load each vehicle per size, and use a bug prep gun to properly prepare vehicles for the wash process. You will also remove mud in wheel wells when appropriate, perform safety inspections of vehicles before the wash, and make key adjustments to car wash equipment. You must be knowledgeable on E-Stop Locations and handle tunnel incidents effectively and safely. This role is responsible for the vacuum service process, participating in the nightly close down checklist, and engaging with each guest using the 4 Steps of Service. You should be knowledgeable on 3 Single Wash packages, inform all retail guests about Memberships, and be able to present our Difference. You will train new Team Members on approved training modules and aid in member visit success rate, including License Plate Recognition//RFID sticker reads. You will communicate key vehicle information and equipment retracts to the crew, observe the vacuum area for guest satisfaction, and be knowledgeable on membership management. You must be fluent in the LEAP Conflict Resolution process and complete the daily shift report to document shift performance. You will maintain a clean, organized car wash facility, learn how to safely open and close the car wash with leadership, and safely use ladders and engage the e-stop while cleaning. You will also gain backroom safety and equipment knowledge, adhere to all company policies, procedures, safety standards, and codes of conduct, and follow Champion safety procedures to avoid exposure to fumes, dirt, and harsh chemicals. You will assist in cleaning the facility which includes the equipment, walls, trench, vacuums, trashcans, and lot. You must be willing to work in all weather conditions (cold, hot, wet, rain, snow).
Requirements

- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
