About The Position
This position is accountable for the following KPIs Values: Excellence, Hard work, Stewardship, Difference, and Community. The basic job duties for this position include being knowledgeable on property safety and layouts, what not to wash, and tunnel equipment. The role involves greeting guests, safely guiding and loading vehicles, using a bug prep gun, removing mud, performing safety inspections, making key adjustments to car wash equipment, and knowing E-Stop locations. The Team Member must handle tunnel incidents effectively and safely, be responsible for the vacuum service process, and participate in the nightly close down checklist. They will engage with guests using the 4 Steps of Service, be knowledgeable on 3 Single Wash packages, and inform guests about Memberships. The role also includes presenting the company's 'Difference', training new Team Members, aiding in member visit success rate through License Plate Recognition/RFID sticker reads, and communicating key vehicle information. The Team Member will observe the vacuum area for guest satisfaction, be knowledgeable on membership management, and be fluent in the LEAP Conflict Resolution process. They will complete daily shift reports, maintain a clean and organized car wash facility, and learn how to safely open and close the car wash with leadership. This includes safely using ladders and engaging the e-stop while cleaning, as well as learning backroom safety and equipment knowledge. Adherence to all company policies, procedures, safety standards, and codes of conduct is required. This involves following Champion safety procedures to avoid exposure to fumes, dirt, and harsh chemicals. Assisting in cleaning the facility, including equipment, walls, trench, vacuums, trash cans, and the lot, is also part of the role. Willingness to work in all weather conditions and being on your feet 100% of the day and outside are essential. Attendance at all mandatory training sessions, team meetings, and cleaning is required. This position is eligible for cash and digital tips and may include landscaping, weed control, and lot maintenance, along with any other duties directed by leadership.

Responsibilities
- Greet guest as they approach the car wash tunnel
