About The Position

Team Members with an AM Prep/Opener focus are key to supporting the daily operations of Eastcut. You will participate in a variety of activities: opening the premises, food receiving, prepping, washing, and cleaning.

Requirements

• Must have experience with high volume preparation and be able to work at a vigorous pace with or without supervision
• Ability to work with variety of ingredients not limited to meat, poultry, produce, and items containing major allergen groups with or without accommodation
• Must be able to reliably open the premises without intervention
• Must be self-motivated and detail-oriented; strive for excellence in all things
• Ability to be regularly present for scheduled shifts
• Ability to regularly lift 50lbs, bend, squat, and stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to communicate effectively and regularly
• Ability to occasionally work in hot or cold environments for extended periods of time
• Must be 18 years or older
