About The Position

The Maids of Mobile is looking for dependable, hardworking Team Members to join their professional house cleaning teams. No experience is required as training will be provided. Teams of 3-4 travel together in a company vehicle to clean customers' homes throughout the Mobile area. Team members will work alongside their teammates to provide great service while helping keep homes clean, comfortable, and welcoming. This job is a great fit for individuals who like staying busy, don't mind physical work, enjoy working with others, and want a job where they know what they'll do each day. Responsibilities

Clean and maintain customers' homes according to The Maids' standards
Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, clean bathrooms and kitchens, and perform other household cleaning tasks
Work efficiently as part of a 3-4 person team
Travel with your team to customers' homes in a company vehicle
Follow cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
Pay attention to detail and take pride in your work
Provide friendly and professional service to our customers
Help your teammates complete each day's work
Communicate with your team and supervisor when questions or issues come up
