About The Position

People's Food Coop is an awesome place to work! We are seeking a part-time packager and dishwasher for the Kitchen and Bakery. The hours are evenings and weekends. We pay $16.00 per hour. This a great job for anyone who wants to work with delicious food, great co-workers, and for a company who values employees.

Requirements

• Ability to safely lift 45 lbs.
• Ability to handle knives and other cutting equipment.
• Ability to work in a wet and cold environment.
• Ability to stand/walk for the duration of the shift.
• Ability to engage in bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Put prepared bakery and kitchen items in appropriate containers.
• Label the items.
• Put items on the sales floor.
• Clean dishes and items from the kitchen and bakery.
