About The Position

Team Members with a Guest Experience Focus are the face of Eastcut and are integral in providing a five-star guest experience. Our Team Members participate in a variety of activities – monitoring the point of sale, organizing orders, beverage prepping, beverage serving, food-running, washing, and cleaning. You will work closely with managers, receive continual training, and stretch to learn other roles in the operation.

Requirements

• Previous hospitality experience & passion for restaurants
• Ability to learn in all aspects of operation
• Ability to showcase Smiling Hospitality and inspire other Team Members to do the same
• Ability to challenge yourself, ask questions, work hard, and grow
• Must be self-motivated and detail-oriented; strive for excellence in all things
• Ability to occasionally lift 50lbs, bend, squat, and stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to interact with guests on a regular basis
• Ability to be regularly present for scheduled shifts
• Ability to occasionally work in hot or cold environments for extended periods of time
• Must be 18 years or older (NC ABC laws for serving beer and wine)

• Contribute to a fun and compassionate environment for all Team Members
• Master our system to organize orders and deliver consistently correct orders to guests.
• Master beverage service operations
• Maintain highest quality standards in food production
• Maintain highest standards of food safety
• Aid managers in inventory management, unloading, and stocking
• Practice Smiling Hospitality and inspire your fellow Team Members do the same
• Challenge yourself, reach for more responsibility, and ask questions!
• Participate in on-going training and cross-train in other positions
• Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the restaurant
