About The Position

This position prepares parts for packing in the grease and bag area and assists with packing when needed. The role involves assembling components according to specifications and standard operating procedures, using tools and measuring instruments, inspecting completed parts, maintaining an orderly work area, and following safety and company policies. The team member also reports equipment malfunctions or material shortages to supervision and assists with continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.

Requirements

• Ability to follow detailed work instructions and ensure accuracy in assembly.
• Basic understanding of how mechanical systems fit and function.
• Works well with others and communicates effectively with coworkers and supervisors.
• Consistent attendance and a strong work ethic.

Nice To Haves

• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience.
• Forklift experience.
• Comfort using common hand tools, torque wrenches, and measurement equipment such as calipers and micrometers.
