About The Position

This role involves assembling components according to specifications and standard operating procedures. The team member will utilize hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments for precise assembly work. Responsibilities include reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and assembly instructions, as well as inspecting finished parts for accuracy, quality, and completeness. The position also requires maintaining a clean and organized work area, reporting equipment malfunctions or material shortages, following all safety procedures and company policies, and assisting with continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.

Requirements

• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred (mechanical or industrial setting a plus)
• Comfortable using common hand tools, torque wrenches, and measurement equipment (calipers, micrometers)
• Able to follow detailed work instructions and ensure accuracy in assembly
• Basic understanding of how mechanical systems fit and function
• Works well with others and communicates effectively with coworkers and supervisors
• Consistent attendance and strong work ethic
