About The Position

This position will be responsible for getting parts ready to pack in our grease and bag area and also helping out in packing when needed. The role involves assembling components according to specifications by following standard operating procedures. You will use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments to perform precise assembly work, and inspect finished parts for accuracy, quality, and completeness. Maintaining a clean and organized work area, reporting equipment malfunctions or material shortages to supervision, and following all safety procedures and company policies are also key aspects of this role. Additionally, you will assist with continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.

Requirements

• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred
• Forklift experience preferred
• Comfortable using common hand tools, torque wrenches, and measurement equipment (calipers, micrometers)
• Able to follow detailed work instructions and ensure accuracy in assembly
• Basic understanding of how mechanical systems fit and function
• Works well with others and communicates effectively with coworkers and supervisors
• Consistent attendance and strong work ethic
