About The Position

Potbelly Sandwich Works is hiring Team Members and Shift Leaders for field positions. Team Members help create a welcoming customer atmosphere, prepare sandwiches, shakes, and sides, keep the shop clean and safe, and contribute positive energy and teamwork. Shift Leaders lead and motivate teams, support Team Member training and development, help manage daily operations, and foster excellent customer experiences while following the Potbelly Way. Open interviews are scheduled for Friday, October 23, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., at 1200 McKinney Street, Houston, TX 77010, on the food court level in Houston Center. Walk-ins are welcome.
