About The Position

This is a key leadership role where the Team Manager will guide a high-performing team, oversee claims investigations, and ensure accurate, compliant service across company, carrier, and account guidelines. The role requires strong Nevada Workers’ Compensation (NV WC) experience to support claims operations and clients in the region. The Team Manager will partner closely with senior leadership, specifically the VP and Assistant VP of Claims, to strengthen operations and elevate Service Center performance.
