Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field.
Significant experience in manufacturing processes and Quality systems
Proven leadership Experience with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to drive technical solutions

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Management, or a related field.
Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
Strong working knowledge of traceability and testing data systems.
Demonstrated expertise in conflict management, negotiation, and persuasion.

Responsibilities

Drive continuous adherence to the Quality Operating System (QOS) and lead Ford Energy Production System activities.
Manage Pre-Delivery Finished Inventory and assess "OK to Ship" status daily to ensure only the highest quality products reach our customers.
Provide real-time quality feedback to departments and ensure quality specifications are upheld.
Oversee surveillance calls and campaigns, ensuring all departments respond with urgency and precision.
Drive Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement processes across all functions.
Develop a "Leaders as Teachers" environment, providing coaching and training to optimize individual performance and career advancement.
Embrace the Gemba philosophy: Engage regularly on the production floor to listen, learn, and problem-solve alongside your team.
