About The Position
You will be a vital member of the Body Shop leadership team, reporting to the Area Manager. You will lead the teams in the tactical execution of global manufacturing standards. Your focus will be on ensuring the highest levels of integrity and dimensional precision, removing daily technical barriers for your team, and developing the next generation of "Leaders as Teachers.” At Ford Motor Company, we believe freedom of movement drives human progress.
