Requirements
- Responsible for "depth and breadth" on all shifts/crews within a department
Responsibilities
- Deliver all department scorecard objectives
- Own processes (e.g., constraint management/VRT)
- Standardization across all workstations within the area
- Planning change
- Determine continuous improvement opportunities
- Serve as a change agent to drive the Ford Production System
