Team Manager-Production
About The Position
In this position, you will be a vital member of the Flat Rock Assembly Trim area leadership team, reporting to the Final Area Manager. As Team Manager, you will have responsibility over the Trim area, delivering all department scorecard objectives, owning processes (e.g., constraint management/VRT), standardization across all workstations within the area, planning change, determining continuous improvement opportunities, and serving as a change agent to drive the Ford Production System. Requirements
- Leadership experience in an assembly trim area
- Experience with constraint management/VRT
- Knowledge of standardization across workstations
- Experience in planning change
- Experience in identifying continuous improvement opportunities
- Ability to act as a change agent for the Ford Production System
