The Team Manager ensures compliance with company policies, laws, and regulations related to selection, recruiting, record retention, and training. They hold associates accountable by analyzing reports, implementing asset protection and safety controls, maintaining quality assurance, overseeing safety reviews, and developing action plans. Financial management includes creating budgets for sales, expenses, and wages, monitoring performance against goals, and ensuring department staffing levels are met. The role also involves collaborating with other managers for smooth opening and closing operations, addressing associate issues, and escalating concerns. A key focus is enhancing the member experience through excellent service, effective merchandise presentation, accurate pricing, proper signage, and maintaining stock levels. The Team Manager drives membership growth by building relationships and training associates. They also oversee the execution of food safety standards, cold chain compliance, and merchandise quality. This role requires coordinating and completing job-related activities, building relationships with stakeholders, supporting initiatives, and promoting continuous learning.
