Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience as a shift lead, shift supervisor, assistant manager, etc. OR Associates Degree.
  • Proven leadership, initiative, problem solving, time management and communication skills are necessary for success in this position.
  • Applicants must not now, or at any time in the future, require employer sponsorship for a work visa.
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Must be able to work "on their feet" in the production area about 80% of the shift.
  • Must be able to work in environments below 40 degrees and in areas more than 60 degrees.

Responsibilities

  • Leads team members by managing and executing plant processes.
  • Manages team members in attaining production and quality goals.
  • Ensures appropriate resources (including materials, equipment, and staffing needs) are available to maintain production schedules.
  • Supports continuous improvement processes to ensure that goals in safety, quality, cost, and customer service are met.
  • Creates and maintains an engaged and team-oriented work force to improve business results.
