Requirements
- Proven ability to lead a team
- Understanding of Commercial hospitality operation
- Strong awareness of Hygiene & Food Safety Standards
- Adaptable and thrives in a multi-tasking environment
- Great personal presentation and an outgoing personality
- Available across a variety of shifts, including weekends and evenings
Responsibilities
- Manage daily café and grab-and-go operations, ensuring compliance with contract and service standards.
- Open and close the café operations efficiently.
- Oversee workload to deliver high-quality service at volume.
- Lead, support, and train front-of-house team members.
- Provide hands-on food and beverage service, including barista duties.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure a positive customer experience.
