We are seeking a hands-on, dependable Team Leader to support daily operations in our warehouse and distribution center. This role is ideal for someone with leadership experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment, leads by example, and understands the importance of precision, safety, and teamwork in the Millwork industry. Requirements

2–4 years of experience in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics environment—millwork or building materials experience preferred.
Proven leadership or supervisory experience with a strong ability to motivate and develop team members.
Familiarity with handling long, heavy, or irregularly shaped materials like doors, trim, or wood products.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and accuracy.
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical tasks in a warehouse setting.
Basic computer skills (shipping software, inventory systems, Microsoft Office)

Nice To Haves

millwork or building materials experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Leading and coordinating daily operations including order picking, packing, staging, loading, and inventory control.
Ensuring millwork products (doors, trim, moldings, etc.) are handled, stored, and delivered with care to prevent damage.
Training and mentoring staff on proper handling techniques, safety procedures, and company standards.
Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment; complying with all safety policies and procedures.
Communicating effectively with drivers, sales, and office staff to ensure smooth order flow and customer satisfaction.
Monitoring productivity and quality, identifying areas for improvement and assisting in implementation of best practices.
Supporting company values and help foster a respectful, team-oriented culture.
Operating forklifts and other material handling equipment as needed
